Tailor-made support sessions allow the exploration and practice of suitable coping strategies and, during these sessions, people with dyslexia / Specific Learning Difficulties or Differences (SpLDs) can learn skills that enable them to carry out their studies and work-related tasks more effectively.
By developing their metacognition (i.e., reflection upon their own learning processes), which meshes with their unique background history and individual personality, people who learn differently often become aware of how they learn best and can achieve the results they wish for.
