What is dysgraphia? Dysgraphia is neurological disorder that refers to the inability to write by hand in legible, regular and fluent manner, while following a straight line and keeping a regular margin (handwriting, on the whole, tends to be messy).
Those with dysgraphia are also likely to have poor spelling and may find it difficult to put their ideas on paper; however, they can speak more fluently and easily than they write.
Dysgraphia is also linked to gross and fine motor coordination difficulties. It is believed that about 10% of the population present with dysgraphia.
